Day of Coordination includes but is not limited to:

• Excellent local vendor recommendations
• Assist with style, design, creative ideas, and trend changes.
• Establish point of contact with your vendors
• Assist with space planning the event and potential seating arrangements
• Create a detailed "day of " timeline for bridal party and vendors
• Assist with ceremony rehearsal and final walk through
• Oversee and assist the entire ceremony and reception setup and breakdown
• Work directly with all vendors, checking them in and making sure they are performing all services promised
• Set up of personal ceremony and reception items
• Liaison between bride and groom, venue, and vendors throughout the entire event
• Guide you, your bridal party, and family through each and every transition during the event
• Ensure a smooth and seamless execution of timeline from the beginning of the ceremony to the end of the entire event

There are several different packages to choose from. 

Each package offers levels of service. The more hands-on bride can decide on a package that focuses on the day of services and less behinds the scene work.
