My name is Melinda Sparks I am a wedding coordinator specializing in "day of coordination." I started coordinating events for a small catering company 10 years ago and I loved it. I knew right away I had found my calling. After 4 great years with this company, I knew it was time to go out on my own and really challenge myself to grow and shine.
My first wedding went off without a hitch, and it gave me an amazing feeling of accomplishment and pride. Being such a big part of someone’s special day is my true passion. I absolutely relish the idea of helping a bride, groom and their loved ones be enveloped in a magical day filled with love. I take pride in handling every detail and making sure every transition is smooth and seamless.
The look on a bride’s face just before she walks down the aisle is full of excitement, wonder, and anticipation; I am lucky to witness it. It is said that "if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life." This could not be truer for me.
